Tomorrow November 5, 2024, is election day in the USA. Your choices are – like it or not – a convicted felon or a former prosecutor. Vote wisely America!
Note to undecided voters: Please understand that voting third party is a de-facto vote for Trump. The only two actual options you have in 2024 are either Trump or Kamala Harris. Any Vote that is squandered and does not contribute to a landslide for Kamala will be weaponized by Trump to claim the 2024 election was rigged. My political leaning is Independent, but I will vote for the grown up in the race. In other words, I’ll deny my vote to the person who throws tantrums or uses childish name-calling as a way to express his anger.
The last day before Election Day
By this time, many people have already casted their vote in states where early voting is allowed. I will be casting mine on election day. The choice boils down to this: Will you vote for the convicted felon with 34-charges who has additional truckloads of evidence against him for more than 90+ criminal federal charges. Or would you vote for the prosecutor who has a clear record of upholding the law – including being the Attorney General for California? The largest state in the country.
And before you say that they are trying to put Trump in jail as a political hit, for the last four years he has been walking free all over the country – while campaigning for President of the United States of America. In fact, his sentencing that was supposed to happen several months ago was moved to after the election – so yes, Trump does enjoy a two-tier justice system to his own benefit. Nobody in the country would have had a similar velvet glove treatment given his extensive rap sheet.
Technically, he was not even supposed to be voting in Florida according to their lawvoting in Florida according to their law… I’m sure they found some “semantic way” to give him a pass… but then again, Florida updated this page in July 2024. Just circa the time Trump was convicted of 34 criminal counts in New York. Surprise!
The criminality Trump has been accused of has not been contested on the merits by Trump’s legal team. Sure, that Trump pleaded “innocent” – but in order to prosecute a high-profile case, the prosecutors need to have hard evidence… otherwise the cases would have not been started. It is simple as that. So, there is no “witch hunt” – it is cause and effect. And he has even leveraged his acolytes in the Supreme Court to grant him immunity. Immunity does not mean he did not do it; it means it helps him get away with what he did.
If Trump loses, he will likely go to prison – or at the very least be convicted, and that could also include confinement. Even if that is “house arrest.” In case you don’t believe the hundreds of legal professionals who are tasked with upholding the law that is at odds with Trump, there are literal tons of evidence against him – and he knows it. A tell-tale sign is that his behavior is getting more and more erratic as he gets closer to election day. And yes, he likely has tons of accomplices and enablers – and they too would have to answer some tough questions sooner than later.
In fact, that is what “checks and balances” in the USA statutes are supposed to do. That is why so many of Trump’s attorneys have been disbarred, or even lost their careers defending Trump, or placating on this behalf. Particularly when it came to Trump’s claim of a stolen 2020 election. And yes, a lot of those attorneys flipped on Trump. It is not hard to understand that he has a lot to lose and seeing the timing of his new presidential bid launching, just as the federal indictments started to materialize.
So once again, the question is simple: Are you voting for the convicted felon, who knows he can make all his legal problems “disappear” and likely retaliate against all those law enforcement professionals tasked with upholding the rule of law against him…? Or are you going to vote for a person who actually has a proven record of being a defender of the rule of law? Or to make it easier, Trump is a convicted felon on the wrong side of VS against the USA, and Kamala is a trained prosecutor who represented the USA.
A few resources for the undecided
I’ve mentioned in my previous articles, and it is worth repeating. Some people already casted their vote and regretted it. Particularly they regretted voting for Trump, especially after the stunts he has been pulling at Madison Square Garden, the garbage truck stunt, or even the fellatio mimicking in Wisconsin (if you find that word obscene, that is what former President Trump was doing during his rally! Now it’s part of American history… Why have we descended down to this, America?). If you’re undecided still, here are a few videos to give you a wider perspective on what is at stake.
Credit to Aron Ra for this insightful video. Watch it until the end, and feel free to contest any point he makes. You’ll find tons of evidence to support all his statements.
Credit to Last Week Tonight. This is also dedicated to undecided voters. There are many points you’re also welcome to try to contest. As it was the case on the previous case, you’ll find tons of evidence to support their claims.
Credit to the Jubilee Channel. For this episode Pete Buttigieg debated 25 undecided voters. Watch it until the end, because one of your arguments might be discussed. Buttigieg did a phenomenal job articulating his point of view.
And on that note, I wanted to juxtapose all these gentlemen. Aron is a very prolific debater who has encyclopedic knowledge of science and has been an advocate for the truth. John Oliver from Last Week Tonight has an entire legal team that ensures HBO won’t be liable for lawsuits for misrepresenting the facts. Pette Buttigieg is a cabinet member in the Biden administration, and he is no stranger to articulate clearly his case in Right Wing media. In either case, all these gentlemen very much understand the moral and legal consequences for inaccuracy. Hence, they are very comprehensive and able to articulate facts thusly.
If you watch each video, they have their own style – but they are consistent on the message. Let’s Unite the USA and beware of Trump’s tactics. I’ve been writing about that for years, and in this very website where you’re reading my words you can find hundreds of articles that expand on this very message – in exuberant detail. If you just found my site today, you can still look at the opening line of each article, and you will see that this conversation is not just a “campaign” time narrative – it is an ongoing topic that has been discussed for a long-long time.
You can read my articles at https://www.halflifecrisis.com/hlc-articles and look at the timeline of what is going on. My articles are a time capsule of what the new cycle tends to forget when content creators are searching for clicks and views.
The homestretch is upon us
Another thing I will provide you on this article is to show you how the narrative from Trump and his acolytes has changed from just a few months to what it is now. It is simple, Trump has been pinning us against one another and convince people who have religious biases that they are in a fight between good and evil. And more so than that, to force the false idea onto impressionable followers that Kamala is a Communist. She is not a Communist; she is a Capitalist like most US citizens.
These are only of a few examples of correspondence Trump was sending back in August to his supporters – just a little bit before Biden dropped from the race and endorsed Kamala.
Notice the language that I highlighted in red are the more incendiary topics, an in yellow the “prepping” topics. In other words, the “prepping topics” are mean to make you simmer your anger, and the red is to give you a “call for action” – sometimes that is subliminal, other times it is a lot more on the nose. Depends on the person. If somebody is already itching for a fight, then these become instructions about how to push rhetoric into divisive action – and feel vindicated for doing so.
Look at the small blue pamphlet and understand how it adds incendiary words from the get-go.
- “This is a WAR for the very survival of the United States.” Then he involves you by saying “conservatives like you” and provides a preparation of “fighting.” There is a reason why he capitalized WAR.
- Go down to point number 2 where he directs “make sure your pro-Trump friends and relatives are registered to vote.” Note that the language is divisive in disguise. Your “pro-Trump” – and wordlessly negate the same to non-Trump supporters. The silent part said out loud is because he only cares about votes for Trump, not about Americans voting.
- Go to point number 3. “Share the TCC pro-Trump, anti-Democrat, pro liberty materials with others.” The TCC council is The Conservative Caucus. Trump has not disavowed this language, in fact the TCC brags about how happy Trump with them is. Notice the “anti-Democrat” part sandwiched between “pro-trump, and pro-liberty.” This is not by chance; it is to make followers feel vindicated that it is ok to be divisive. By the way, Kamala Harris said that she will embrace MAGA if elected, because she will be a president for All Americans.
- Go to points 5, 6, and 7. These are directives to have people start repeating the talking points they are being issued. Have you gotten spammed by MAGA supporters – uninvited - on any comment you make in social media? Now you can see that it is not by chance. They are directed to do exactly that.
This next pamphlet is also intended to have conservatives perpetuating the words from Trump. Even though they are misleading and incendiary. Like the case before, I highlighted yellow the prep statements and highlighted red the more concerning rhetoric sandwiched in the middle of all that rhetoric. The circle is the wedge issue they are pointing your anger at. Look at the “13 reasons they claim to vote for Trump.” I’ll give you context on all those.
Notice from the title “13 Reasons why Americans should and must vote for President Trump and the Republicans.” Yes, it makes sense that a conservative pamphlet will endorse their candidate. The problem is that their reasons are misleading at best, and easily debunkable. However, you’ll see that a lot of the narrative you hear in rallies is also derived from these flimsy talking points.
Let’s quickly debunk each point, because there actually plenty to unpack for each. I also circled the “wedge issues” they are aiming to exploit with that rhetoric. And at the end of the day, you can see that Trump’s campaign is not even based on actual arguments, because many of these are easily debunked – unless a base is thinking that any contradiction is “fake news” – despite the fact legal documents and evidence exists to debunk these points.
1. Reason #1. Inflation and Energy Costs
President Trump believes in America-First Energy Policy that brings down oil and gas prices and blocks inflation.
The Democrats believe in the reckless federal spending and the Green New Deal policies that drive up energy costs and inflation.
The USA is producing more energy, and that includes fossil fuels, than ever before – and more than any other country under Biden. That said, fossil fuels are a finite resource, and we do need alternatives for the future. One reason is environmental, the planet you’re standing on is the only place in the entire solar system that can sustain life. Also, the reason why gas was cheaper at the end of the Trump’s presidency is because COVID forced people to stay home. The less demand (fewer buyers) the lower the price of any commodity. Once COVID was controlled, under Biden, demand rose, and this opened a whole bunch of other reasons for cost adjusting.
2. Reason # 2. Taxes
President Trump believes Americans already pay too much in taxes.
The Democrats believe you're not paying your fair share.
Note that Trump does not specify WHO is benefiting from these tax cuts. It was the ultra-rich in the USA. Paying the fair share included people like Trump who paid more in taxes to China than to the USA while he was a sitting US President! Kamala’s economy plan is to lower taxes and give credits to families and small businesses that need it in order to help them become more prosperous. Why? Because when you’re not able to afford to feed yourself, you cannot afford to invest in your future. It is that simple. Trump’s only policy he did was to give a tax break to those who have more money than the rest 99% of the country combined.
3. Reason #3: The Border
President Trump believes we must secure our borders and deport illegal aliens.
The Democrats believe in a wide-open border and citizenship for illegal aliens.
Trump torpedoed the most conservative bill – drafted by a conservative Senator and a team of bipartisan legislators, and the border patrol to fix the border. This was inconvenient to Trump because he is campaigning on the “border problem” – and fixing it before he got in office was going to derail his campaign. There is evidence of elected leaders from the GOP who received career-ending and even death threats if they dared voting in favor of this bill. This includes Republican Senator Lankford from Oklahoma who was the man heading this bill.
4. Reason #4: Social Security and Medicare
President Trump believes Social Security and Medicare must always be there for American seniors.
The Democrats believe illegal aliens should be given Social Security and Medicare benefits
Trums says a lot of things, and the sad truth is that Social Security and Medicare has been in the chopping block for many GOP legislators. They call these “entitlement programs” and instead of taxing the ultra-rich, they want to cut these programs in order to afford those tax cuts. Of course, GOP leaders cry foul when called on that, but the proof is in the legislative voting record, and they were even called by Biden during a state of the Union Address when McCarthy was still the Speaker of the House – before he got kicked out of his post by a MAGA coalition, led by a Republican representative who is under investigation for sex trafficking with a minor. Let that sink in. And to be clear Kamala is running also on protecting these programs and adding resources to them. That includes fixing the immigration system. And no, undocumented aliens are not able to reap benefits.
5. Reason #5: American Sovereignty and National Defense Policies
President Trump believes in a military that is second to none and an America-First foreign Policy.
The Democrats believe America should be subservient to the UN, NATO, the WHO and other globalist entities.
Anybody who understands geopolitics will tell you that our allies, and our voice in the world stage is of vital importance to our sovereignty. The USA sets the status quo for the rest of the world to follow. This is inconvenient for regimes that want to bump the USA off the premiere spot in the world. Particularly Russia. Who do you think are Russian’s main adversaries? The United Nations (UN), even though they have veto power, but that does not mean they can do whatever they want. For example, Russia is at odds with the UN because of their invasion and war with Ukraine. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is the main defense against Russian Aggression – And yes, the USA is part of NATO. The World Health Organization (WHO) was one of the entities that demonstrated that Trump’s response on COVID was dismal… so, of course Trump would have a beef against them. And a blanket term of calling whomever he dislikes “globalist” is a catch all term to include whomever he wants his base to be angry at – at a time and place of Trump’s choosing. And yes, that will likely be a target of opportunity on any wedge issue.
6. Reason #6: Israel
President Trump believes Israel must destroy Hamas to survive.
The Democrats believe Israel must coexist with Hamas.
This is categorically false. The Biden administration is overtly critical of Israel because of the indiscriminate killing of Palestinians. However, the Biden administration has been very clear on stating that Israel has the right to defend itself. Hamas is a violent extremist group which happens to be in Palestine. The USA – to include the Biden administration is against Hamas – not against Palestine. What we are ALL against is the way Palestinians (who are not Hamas) are being killed every day as this war continues. The Biden and Harris doctrine is advocating for a two-state solution for Israel. In other words, Israel leaves the illegal settlements in Palestine – which are condemned under international law, and let Palestinians have their own state. Afterall, they are already behind barbed wire fences. Most of the world agrees to the two-state solution, even many Israelites themselves, except for Israel’s current Prime Minister and his acolytes. By the way, Trump uses Israel to entice the religious side of his base. And another fact, his decision of moving the American Embassy to Jerusalem from Telavi was an accelerant to this conflict we are seeing today. This is a very serious and complex matter, so I’ll leave it at that for now. But look into it, because it is multidimensional.
7. Reason #7: The Weaponization of Government
President Trump believes the government should never target citizens for their political views.
The Democrats have transformed the DOJ and FBI into a KGB-like terror force for Biden’s Presidency and the Democrat Party.
That is not true, Trump has been on record and on live TV saying he would be a retribution for his political enemies. Remember “lock her up,” and “lock them all up,” and him saying “I will be your retribution?” Trump has not been shy about saying this and more, and each rally is more and more incendiary. Trump wants to get rid of the FBI because they have the authority to prosecute him for his crimes. He was lucky during his administration that the DOJ had a provision that a Sitting President was not to be prosecuted – until he left office. In other words, Trump was supposed to be prosecuted already by a lot of the crimes he committed before he even left the White House, and YES, he did attack those institutions even back then. However, after Trump left office – instead of keeping his nose clean, he committed a bunch of other crimes. For example, holding and storing illegally highly classified documents in Mar a Lago. Trump has gotten more free passes than anybody alive. He even attacks Mitch McConnel, even though he was the person who let him get away with TWO impeachment convictions – because McConnel was the majority leader in the Senate. I can go on, but I’ve already written many articles about that. Look them up for more context – there is plenty to read.
8. Reason #8: Fidelity to the Constitution
President Trump believes in the original meaning and intent of the Constitution as laid down by the Founders.
The Democrats believe that the Constitution is a “living and breathing” document that can be changed at any time to appease liberal activists.
Trump has been on record saying he would disobey the Constitution if found convenient to him. And yes, the Constitution has the opportunity to adapt to the changes – not because it “appeases liberals,” but because circumstances evolve with time. That is why the constitution has amendments – to include the one they love to talk about, you know… the 2nd amendment – yes, that was a change to the Constitution! It is a living breathing document in the sense that the first line says “WE THE PEOPLE” – who are living and breathing human beings!
9. Reason #9: The Right to Life
President Trump opposes abortion and chose the Supreme Court Justices who led the way to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The Democrats have promised to push through a national law guaranteeing taxpayer-funded abortion up to the moment of birth.
Trump has distanced himself from saying he is not giving women a choice or that he is against IVF. But instead, he claims he gave the states the option to ban abortion as they seem fit. As a result, half of the country has retrograde laws that make it extremely dangerous for any women, to include little girls who could be impregnated by rape or incest. And these draconian laws have already resulted in the deaths of many women across the country, and children forced to carry their rapist pregnancy to term. And yes, although they denied it when specifically asked about Roe v. Wade – all three Supreme Court Justices Trump appointed lied about overturning this law… and they did it as soon as Trump demanded it for political gain. Finally, there is no such thing as abortion at the time of birth. When a baby is born, killing a baby is infanticide. Being pro-choice does not equal being pro-abortion. Abortion is a last resort option, and it is extremely traumatic to the mothers, and everybody involved. The same people who are against abortion are also against contraception, and birth control options – or sex education for that matter. Why do you think is that?
10. Reason #10: Men in Women’s Sports
President Trump believes there are only two genders and men should not be allowed to play in women’s sports.
The Democrats believe there are many genders and men should be allowed to play in women’s sports if they choose to.
This is another wedge issue, and it is bringing a “foe” into this fight. A “foe” that can serve as a scape goat and be dehumanized enough to become a catalyst for other hate rhetoric. In this case anti-transexual rhetoric. We have to understand that these are wedge issues, and that although there is a discussion worthy on every case to find a viable solution, painting in a way that say “men should be allowed to play in women’s sports if they choose to” – is extremely incendiary. People don’t choose to be straight, or transexual or gay. What does happen is that the LGBTQ community gets dehumanized and mistreated. And Trump’s rhetoric exacerbates the misinformation and targeting against them.
11. Reason #11: Law and Order
President Trump believes criminals should be fully punished and local policy fully supported and funded.
The Democrats believe criminals should be dealt with gently and that police must be watched, controlled and restricted.
This one is very ironic for Trump – because he has 90+ federal criminal charges – and he actively advocates against prosecutors, judges, and even the DOJ. It is extremely insulting to his own base because he has indeed lobbying on defunding the FBI even as far back as April 2023. Surprisingly when he was getting his indictments… and yes, that is several months Trump’s acolytes wrote this “flyer” with the reasons to vote for him. The democrats are only asking for accountability. Nobody, not even law enforcement officials are above the law. And if they are going to pursue a case, it has to be done by the book and giving everybody equal treatment. That is why law enforcements is given a badge, a gun, and jurisdiction… so they can uphold it fairly. If they cannot do that, they are kicked off the force. Is that simple.
12. Reason #12: The Integrity of Our Elections
President Trump believes there must be a stricter control on mail-in ballots, voter verification and vote counting.
The Democrats believe in automatic voter registration, mass mailing of unsolicited mail-in ballots, and voting without a photo ID.
Ironic, based on the fact that Trump himself has voted by mail before. This is just another attempt to call the election “victory” early – despite not winning, and then claim it was “rigged.” The 2020 election was not rigged, he lost. And he is not doing well this time either – most demographics are against him. The photo ID issue is really a non-issue because there are other ways the person is being identified as the voter. That said, every election I’ve voted I’ve shown my photo ID and voted. The majority of people do so too. That said, it is people of color in disadvantaged areas who lack photo identifications. In Virginia where I reside, I recently got my new real ID, and yes you have to pay a fee for it and show lots of proof that you are who you are. Instead of complaining about that, how about making it easier to people who lack an ID to get a photo ID? – The Trump administration had four years to address that problem, why didn’t they fix it?
13. Reason #13: The United States of America
President Trump believes in Ronald Reagan’s creed that America is the “shining city on a hill” that serves as a beacon of liberty for the world.
The Democrats believe America is a racist country founded by greedy slave owners and infested with Christian nationalists and white supremacists.
Yeah… you might not like to hear this… but Reagan was not such a swell dude either. A lot of the problems we are seeing today with overzealous evangelization and rights taken from people – unless they are under a certain “frame” of Americana – were pretty much disenfranchised. That said, I know that Reagan does get romanticized, especially by people who either benefit under him or already forgot what it was like it back on those decades. He did some shady stuff too… member the Contra-Iran situation? That was technically high treason. But anyway… Trump asserts that Democrats consider the entire country racist, or white supremacist, etc. That is not the claim, instead it is that sadly there are indeed racists and white supremacists living in America – there is a huge difference between those statements. That is a fact, they are pretty open about it to. Hang out in Twitter (X) long enough (a few seconds will suffice), and you will see plenty of examples for both – some waving a MAGA flag for good measure. The Founding Fathers did own slaves, and if you visit Monticello (Jefferson’s estate) or Mount Vernon (Washingtons estate), you can very well see the places where the slaves were assigned as living quarters. We cannot be held responsible for what our ancestors did on their time, but we are very much responsible for what we do today.
I have a lot more examples of Trump’s campaign acolytes, to include surveys, and other lies. I do have a bone to pick with the Biden and Harris campaign and many left-leaning outlets – because I’ve pointed these to them. They instead have been reactive to Trump’s antics. It is already too late for grieving, but it needs to be said. I’m doing all I can to make this information available. Because guess what, this is not the end of MAGA but could be the start of an even more polarized time for the USA.

Available worldwide on eBook and Paperback
Brace for Shock, even if Kamala wins
If Trump wins, you can bet your bottom dollar that the retribution, retaliation, and vengeance will soon follow with full force. And if he loses, he will claim he has won regardless, likely before the results are out – like he did in 2020. Then his acolytes and the most naïve segment of his followers will enact a J6 on steroids – likely well before January 6, 2025.
Trump is a notorious sore loser, and he has been paving the way to his most naïve and aggressive fans to setting up a plan of action. It would be very naïve for you to think that if you’re a non-MAGA supporter your whole house and social media has not been already scoped out. Don’t be afraid, the law is on your side. But I am not going to be surprised if an escalation of violence will happen very soon.
One of those instances I am worried about is on polling places – especially in swing states or any red states if the blue count starts to raise. We’ve already seen acts of vandalism and aggression during early voting. For example, people burning drop-off voting ballots, or the machete wielding moron in Florida just a few days ago. Also, we have to remember that Trump has been campaigning in sundown towns across America. In case you’re not aware “sundown” are places where people of color were lynched when night fall caught them in such towns.
It is sad, but it is true – although most Americans are not racists and are wonderful people – there are some who do not agree with this vision of America and are very racists and violent. Everything I’ve predicted has come to pass; I just hope this last prediction will be erroneous as far as the escalating violence. But to clarify this is how I will see it developing:
- Before the election Trump and his acolytes will ramp up the narrative of a stolen election… and say something along the lines that the only way they can lose is if it is stolen.
- Trump will claim victory before the votes finish up tallying. And to be clear, it might take a few days for the count to finish. The USA is a gigantic country with several thousands of voting places all across America – plus all absentee areas. But usually the in-person count finishes earlier.
- Trump will cry foul if he is losing, and like 2020 he will refrain from contesting races he won but will fight for those he lost. Especially in swing states. He will use this as a rally to his so called “patriots” to say something along the lines that “they are doing it again” – as far as falsely claiming the election was “rigged.”
- There will be a rapid expansion of aggressive rhetoric on all alt-right, and extremist websites about how “they are stealing the election again” – and calls of immediate action. This will be likely laced with tropes, and all these lies about immigrants, or dead voters, or whatever is it that sounds like a rallying cry will be used to get people angry and ready for action.
- There is likely a group of “self-proclaimed” patriots that are locked and loaded to “fight for Trump.” And they will start inflicting domestic terrorism – especially in swing states that vote against Trump. This will be a form of intimidation to see if the delegates change their minds. Some of these might even be intimidated well before they cast their electoral vote – that means that we might be too late for that by the time I write this. But hope the FBI and other agencies have been proactive and not reactive.
- There will be a smear campaign and lawsuits against Kamala and the Biden administration. This will also likely include smearing campaigns and lawsuits against poll workers across America – particularly in swing states. But as always (like in 2020) – their cases will be without merit, and they will not win with legal standing. None of Trump’s several election challenging cases in 2020 won on the merits, and many were dismissed even by Trump appointed judges, no less.
- Trump will miscalculate again the level of support he has, his acolytes will commit crimes trying to defend him and get in tons of legal trouble which will end in prosecution – and a few probably in a fire fight against law enforcement. This will also open a can of worms, because a lot of information that has been in the down low about Trump acolytes, to include some in congressional offices will either disavow this violence and incendiary rhetoric or will be found that they were somehow involved in this process… even if by proxy.
- America will heal, but it won’t’ be thanks to Trump, but because Americans are actually awesome, and we will prevail. But the next step is a huge geopolitical challenge with adversarial nations that wanted Trump in power… but that is a topic for a future article.
As I said, I hope my prediction and assessment is wrong. But so far, I’ve been spot on. Even if it thwarted, I anticipate hearing about it. I would be extremely surprised if Trump would concede gracefully. But as I said, if he loses the election, he is losing a lot more than the chance to sit in the Oval Office again – he will likely be held accountable for the myriads of crimes he has committed. If you are MAGA you DID NOT commit his crimes… let him deal with that himself.
Kamala Harris already expressed it herself; she will be a President for all Americans, and she is welcoming MAGA folks into the team. Trump is vowing retribution; Kamala is advocating for unity. I will end up by saying that WE are the UNITED States of America! Vote wisely America! HLC
