Say what you mean, mean what you say, get to the point. One Presidential candidate is succinct and articulated, the other’s long “weaves” require deciphering.
Author Note: Please be warned that Trump made leud gestures about performing oral sex on the podium, along with other suggestive gestures at a rally in Wisconsin. Don’t take my word for it, this is a clip of him doing that. You're welcome to search for the full speech. My question to all voters is: Is that presidential behavior? Or does it need somebody to decipher and justify it on Trump's behalf?

Get to the point Trump!
These are words I’ve heard from the mouth of more and more frustrated MAGA followers who are hoping to decipher Trump’s “weaves.” I understand that some topics are complex and will require bringing the baseline up to speed due to the context’s intricacies. For example, that is why skilled professional positions only hire people with developed education credentials. To illustrate, a brain surgeon needs tons of education and experience before operating on a person’s open skull.
When it comes to politics it is true that some topics will be foreign to some parts of the base. However, there are ways to express their doctrines succinctly. Want an example of that? Listen to any of Kamala’s on camera engagements. She is succinct and transmits complex ideas with relative ease. Why? Because she knows what the hell she is talking about. You cannot fake comprehensive knowledge when speaking to a group of subject matter experts in their particular field.
Conversely, a conman or a swindler will talk fast, go into non-sequiturs, possibly sound very entertaining, and gaslight you in an attempt to make you forget what you were talking about at first. It is a trick old as time. Trump calls it “the weave” – which is his way to conceal the fact his ramblings are incoherent word salads. He talks a lot, says very little, but pushes some “sick burns” along the way – they are entertaining, and the more gullible segments of his base will eat it up.
It does no longer work with every MAGA follower – we know that because those MAGA folks are now outspoken ex-MAGA members. They simply got tired of it and want to elect a person who knows what they are talking about and does not require a code breaker to decipher what the hell he is trying to say. Which seems to be the norm, all kinds of Trump’s acolytes go on national television after attempting to do damage control by saying something along the lines “maybe Trump was meaning to say, x – y – or z.” Conversely if he would articulate his words effectively, they would not need a surrogate to explain to the world what is it that he actually meant to say.
Kamala does not have that problem. She is a trained prosecutor, and she is very effective in the way she lays an argument. That is what we need in the Oval Office. We need somebody who says what they mean and mean what they say. This is why MAGA is dwindling and leaving behind only those Trum-fans who prefer not really understanding what is being concealed behind Trump’s rhetoric.
Then again, Trump does have a very limited vocabulary, and that could make it harder for him to express complex thoughts – and that alone is a reason not to have him hold a position of such power… and why the American people fired him from the position in 2020. Having a person throwing toddler-like tantrum fit in the highest office of the land should be unanimously agreed upon as a bad choice.
The grown up in the room
I’ve posed a hypothetical example at the end of a previous article. Would I trust my 12-year-old daughter to be under the care of Donald Trump or Kamala Harris? What would be the rationale for me to allow either of these two people to entrust them with the person I love the most in the world other than my wife? Well, these would be the questions I’d have:
- Does either of them have a history of sexual abuse? Well, Trump is an adjudicated rapist, has been caught on camera saying exceedingly misogynistic and abusive things against women, even commented in sexual ways against his own daughter, and I can go on the many sleezy stories about this trend. For example, the latest bombshell on his involvement with Epstein, or the very statement Trump made about “protecting women whether they like it or not.” So – no… Trump definitely would be the worst choice by far. Kamala has zero issues with any of that sleazy behavior. That alone should be enough, but let’s continue for the sake of argument.
- Does either of them throw tantrums if or when things get hard? Well, Trump is well-known for throwing tantrums about petty things. For example, just a day ago or so, he was threatening not to pay the contractors of a rally in a swing state because of the microphone he was holding on his hand was “too heavy” – That looked like a Shure SM-57, they are pretty light. Any artists, host or presenter have been able to hold this microphone with no problem. If a microphone is too heavy for him, then I cannot trust him even holding a plate for my child. Kamala seems to be very healthy and has stated she enjoys cooking meals for her loved ones. I have never seen Kamala throw a fit, and she knows how to navigate the circumstances when she needs to be serious or laidback… you know? Like a functional adult.
- Does either of them is known for having a short temper? Watch any Trump interview when he gets challenged or pushed out of his comfort zone. He lashes out with vengeance. Conversely, Kamala is able to articulate her case, and if need be, can be firm – but remaining objective, without resorting to name-calling. Again, like a functional adult. I would not need a person to look after my child, being more childish than my own kid. And credit to my daughter, she is actually a very sensible kid. More sensible than Trump, in the sense I don’t have trouble having my daughter losing her sh*t when things don’t go her way.

Trump’s “weave” vs real Americans
This article is an example of a semi-complex dissertation, or what Trump wants to claim a “weave.” I’ve added different illustrative ideas that are coming together for the final message. And the final message is that Trump lacks the temperament to speak his mind without the aid of surrogates conducting damage control to “explain” what Trump actually meant to say.
The fact is that Trump’s “weaves” and rambles are getting more and more incoherent, and that is “waking up” a lot of his otherwise loyal base. Yes, as Trump is losing his edge as the snake-oil salesman many people see him as – the otherwise loyal followers are coming to realize WHY so many non-MAGAs, and ex-MAGAs have been speaking about Trump’s toxicity for so long. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. Trump is descending into madness in front of their very eyes, and for some witnessing that is the point they say, “I’m out.”
I’ve been saying this for years, a lot of people who happened to be MAGA are exceedingly nice individuals. They were not racists, misogynistic, prejudicious, intolerable, insurrectionist people… but some who are in the same MAGA team are very much all that and worse. There are many MAGA aligned people who happen to be misogynistic, racists, supremacists, extremists, violent, rude, opportunistic, petty, narcissistic, pedantic, willfully ignorant, cynical, etc. And regular Americans who love the country realized you can love the country without the baggage of being associated with those who highjacked the Republican party.
You see, Americans, regardless of political affiliation largely want peace, love America, want to enjoy actual freedom, have a sense of community that is prosperous to all involved, live the American dream, build a home with their loved ones, and pretty much be part of the solution. And yes, that requires team effort – when we are UNITED as a country. Divisive rhetoric brings a level of toxicity that undermines the common denominator that makes us all Americans. It turns our country into an “us against them” reality where the only winners are adversarial regimes.
Trump’s incoherent rambles are expected, and for some of us who’ve been following this for a while – unsurprising. Trump is scared that he won’t win. Then again, he has been toxic for many political races in the country. Candidates he endorsed had underperformed in most races at every level. Trump has never won the popular vote, and in 2020 he also lost the Electoral College. From the time he announced his candidacy for 2024 a couple of years ago, he has been saying the 2024 “election will be rigged.”
The 2020 election was not rigged. Trump has a history of calling “rigged” anytime he loses. The 2020 election is just the most significant of them all because he was a sitting president and is currently the nominee for the GOP. Yet, I remember writing that this was going to backfire to the GOP when Trump accepted the nomination during the RNC. It was obvious, Trump had more baggage than a freight train, and that was going to cause GOP members to be running for the exits – that is happening in spectacular fashion.
In fact, there were indicators about that during the Republican primary. For example, many voters voted for Nikky Haley even after she dropped from the race. Trump did not do himself any favors alienating that segment of the GOP, and I predict many of them will be casting their ballot for Kamala Harris.
The Republicans who are voting blue down ballot are doing so because the GOP leadership demonstrated they were more interested in giving Trump a pass, than in holding everybody accountable under the law. What other option is there than to vote as an AMERICAN? Republicans hope that voting blue down ballot will send an unequivocal message to restore the Grand Old Party to its original glory – where there was different level of accountability and decorum before Trump hijacked it.
Trump’s weaves are meant to distract the most naïve segments which still remain. We all can be naïve, that is ok… but once we realize that we were victims of a narrative, then it is our duty to speak up, or at the very least negate the swindler an opportunity to galvanize his power. You have seen it, and we are learning a lot more about his legal problems as time moves forward. Trump knows that if he gets to the White House, he can get away with all the crimes he has committed.
Many Republicans who voted early for Trump already regretted their vote, because more and more irrefutable information comes out every day – casting Trump in the light he deserves. There is a reason why he has so many legal problems, because he is indeed a criminal – in fact, a convicted criminal, and despite being able to push the sentence to the right after the election, he knows that if he does not win it is game over for him. Accountability in the USA is meant to be equal under the law, and Trump has already gotten a lot of free passes.
A quick illustrative example of what is at stake. Apparently, it became pertinent and important to help conservative women understand that their vote is secret, and that they can vote their conscience. Many conservative women are voting for Kamala Harris, and this is good news for the country. Just as I said before, I would vote for the grown up in the room, for the person I would entrust to look after my daughter. Which candidate would you entrust your kids with? And before you answer that, understand that our decision today will affect ALL the generations to come. Vote wisely America! HLC
