Authenticity and talent
Mr. Robert E. Jordan, or better known by his friends as “Bob” and by many of us who has been his protégés as “Father Bob.” He is a Retired Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Navy, and the author of several books. He also owns The Veterans Outlook podcast, featuring inspiring Veterans’ stories, especially those who had the privilege of working directly with him at some point during his distinguished career.
I’ve had the privilege of meeting Bob when I was a Second-Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy. At the time, he was already a Warrant Officer, he was also previously a Navy Master Chief! It very soon became very evident to me why he was such a respected person, not only on his field of expertise, but in the US Navy at large; and also, why he was so cherished by many agencies! All Veterans have a story, and their individual impact can be gargantuan, even if the stories about their service remain discrete. Veterans a bond that can’t quite be put into words.
Bob is that kind of person, altruistic, and by many of us who known him, a legend in the flesh. Bob might think that this description of him is trending on the hyperbolic; well, it’s not. I echo what all of us who have been fortunate to receive his mentorship and have witnessed first-hand the positive impact he has made in so many lives. His mentorship extends to his writing. His books are deeply inspiring. These are the type of books that are meant to be read over and over again. Every time you read his words; they leave a renewed impression that compounds on the already positive outlook you’ve learned the first time you read his message.
I am privileged enough to own a signed copy of his first edition “Faith, Flag and Family” book. It is not only a precious addition to my original arts collection, but it is also a guide that helps me put the world back into perspective. The book has a myriad of stories about his life, and he goes on to teach a unique and uplifting message through each chapter. It is the kind of message that promotes introspection as though you’re having a deep conversation with a person that you know has your back. Bob answered his higher call, and after he retired from the U.S. Navy, he became a Pastor. Bob is a man of deep faith, and even though he would not be imposing his faith onto others, his message of the greatest teachings under his doctrine are shared in an eloquent and inspiring manner. Bob has attested that his faith is what helped him conquer obstacles that seemed otherwise unsurmountable. And through this faith devotion, he has also inspired so many to find a deeper meaning in their own lives. A conversation with Bob is life changing.
Fortunately, you can have this and many conversations with Bob through his books, and by listening to his podcast. Either one you choose is truly inspiring [although you should try both]. This is the type of content you can binge read, or listen to, and you’ll know that it is time well invested because it is making us better people. You’ll be deeply inspired by the stories he brings to life.

Bringing Jordan Publications, LLC into our Arts Network
When Half Life Crisis started the Arts Network, I also wanted to include Bob Jordan and his company into our artistic family. The Arts Network also includes entities who had a profound effect in my life. In this case Jordan Publications, LLC is led by the man himself, Bob Jordan. A mentor in my life, and one of the most inspiring leaders I’ve have ever met. We are also excited to have Jordan Publications, LLC because their underlying commitment is to help people who need it the most. What does that mean?
Bob Jordan wrote these books and created the company not only to inspire people through his writing, but also to help disenfranchised people in Afghanistan. For some context, during his time in uniform, he also served combat tours in Afghanistan and has developed a deep love for the families who have become victims of the horrors of conflict for so many decades. Jordan Publications, LLC books proceeds go to help those families in Afghanistan. If you purchase his books or donate to his cause, it also forges a better world for so many who desperately need it. Every little bit can make a huge difference in so many lives. And that one of the many reasons why I am also honored to have Jordan Publications, LLC in our Arts Network.

In our Half Life Crisis front page, I’ve included the time Bob interviewed us on his Veterans Outlook Podcast. In the same section I included a video of children in Afghanistan receiving gifts from Jordan Publications, LLC. Because of his commitment, his generosity is shining a brighter light onto otherwise bleak circumstances. Bob’s heart is larger than life itself, and this type of altruism is something I admire and want to support in any way I can. Raising awareness in our platform and growing Arts Network is the best way I can think for doing so, because the message will continue to expand for as long as the internet exists.
