Trump’s cabinet picks Make Russia Great Again

I TOLD You! Podcast S-2 / E-2!  How Trump’s choices Make Russia Great Again?  Always ask yourself whether the US President’s goals are helping US adversaries.

Today’s topic

Whether you love or hate Trump, it does not matter.  This episode is not about liking or disliking Trump or his acolytes.  It is about understanding strategy.  Adversarial forces are several steps ahead of their targets, and they will plant some “clues” for the naïve to pick along the way.  It is what we call in military circles “shiny objects.”  However, there is a common denominator to differentiate if you’re running a fool’s errand.

When something is factual, as in true… then it does not matter how you spin it, how many layers it has, how many people are involved, how much time goes through, how many ways a propagandist tries to obscure this… all the dots connect automatically.  Conversely, a falsehood, no matter how well-crafted it is, math won’t add up somewhere.  Those calculation fallacies are where savvy analysts are supposed to explore pragmatically to resolve this equation, and either validate or refute accordingly.

For short-sighted analysts and most everyday folks, this process of course can seem boring, tedious, tangential, tin-foil-hat-like, or even just too preposterous to think the adversary would to “something” like that.  That is part of the process, and exploiting logical fallacies and other vulnerabilities is part of the adversaries’ arsenal.  Adversarial forces know how to “win by cheating.”

However, when you “win” by cheating, that is a de-facto loss, that is why the math will never add up.  For that reason, authoritarians have fragile egos and hate fact-checking.  That is why you want people in cabinet positions and in different areas of government who are able to solve those puzzles.  These scenarios are abstract and will go over the heads of even the most discerning people who “think” they are paying attention.  For this job we need people who either KNOW, or at the very least understand what they don’t know about whatever they’re supposed to be talking about.

But what they fail to understand is that this hijacking concept has several layers.  Some of which are already giving the “correlation is causation” misdirection that will help lesser savvy analysts thinking that they have “answered the mail” and “found the answer” – when in fact the actual correct answer is still several steps ahead of them.

Having good intentions is not enough, because the adversary is already well ahead of the process.  So that begs the question, how do you get ahead of this process?  The answer is simple, but the execution is complex.  You need to understand the following so you can set safeguards.  This is what the adversary is doing to remain ahead:  Takeover the clouts of those who already have some level of influence, and orchestrate their narratives to pass the smell test, and then use this to galvanize the narrative that is convenient to said adversary.  That is why the non-MAGA media in the USA remains reactive to this day.

MAGA media is manipulated by adversarial forces.  Some of them probably are aware and accepting the fact they are in that club – for whatever reason.  But others are too dumb to realize they have been cooped into that reality.  Usually finding themselves in that situation because somebody exploited wedge issues that “resonate” with them.  The targeted people are either passionate or naïve enough to believe that these topics should be the catalyst of their discontent.  Anger and frustration are very powerful currencies.

Like it or not, Trump and his acolytes do repeat Putin’s talking points verbatim.  Is that by choice or by design?  Whatever the case, Trump is going to be the 47th US President, and the question you need to ask is:  Are Trump’s choices benefiting the USA, or are they somehow being more beneficial to the Russian regime under Putin?

No, some of those answers won’t be so on the nose as others (although they are overtly very disturbing for anybody with their head off the sand).  But you should really understand that if you thought you found the answer, the real answer is likely several steps ahead of you.  Trump’s cabinet picks seem to be very much in line with what is convenient to Putin’s next 20 steps ahead.  President Elect Trump, are you going to let Russia become Great Again at the expense of subordinating the USA to Russia?

Snowflake Trigger Warning Note:

This episode will hurt your feelings if you like Trump.  I Don’t care if it does, he is now the face of America, and the responsibility of whether he lets an openly adversarial foe run circles around him (and by extension America) falls on his shoulders.  That is why he needs to pick highly qualified people to be his eyes and ears in support of America.  We are in the most complex geopolitical quagmire of our lifetimes.  If he selects loyalists over experts, then he is making Russia Great Again, and the USA will become a subordinate Russian province, and we’ll be governed by Putin.  Get mad all you want, but unless Trump makes better choices, we are all stuck in the same boat.  No, your MAGA-merch loyalty won’t save you.  He just wanted your vote, he got it.  Putin just wanted Trump’s clout; he got it.  What is YOUR next move?  It should be holding the incoming president accountable for the choices he makes so we can remain free Americans.

I TOLD You!  Season 2 will be more technical and analytical.  This is not about liking or disliking Trump.  If Kamala would have prevailed, I would be holding the same standard… Simply put, don’t let the adversarial forces rule the USA.  Is that too much to ask for other Americans to understand?

Trump’s choices to his cabinet positions have one thing in common.  They are all loyalists, and most are highly unqualified for the service they are expected to perform.  Also, they all have some sort of beef with the very agencies they are supposed to lead.  Yet there is another common denominator, all of Trump’s choices are extremely convenient for Putin’s agenda.  So, it does not take a PHD to realize that either Putin is truly in charge of Trump’s actions, or that his cabinet’s picks are too naïve to realize that their words and actions are exactly what Russia wants at the geopolitical level.

Yes, the complexity of where we are now is a varsity level analysis to understand the many layers this puzzle implies.  But understanding the conflicts of interest should be very elementary.  However, the true scope of this Information Operations complexity would not fit on a paragraph, not on a full article, not a full book, but it would take several volumes of encyclopedic understanding to see the magnitude of Putin’s strategic intricacies.

That is why I’ve been writing for years.  And guess what?  A lot of the agencies that are supposed to track this might have missed how to connect these often-abstract points together.  If they had, we would not be in the quagmire we find ourselves in right now.  The only way to get out of this mess is if each individual person wakes up.  But what will most likely actually happen is that my words will be a time capsule.  And that is a sad realization.

It is a long shot, but I hope Trump wakes up and truly chooses America first.  He says he is about that.  But putting America first means to stand up to adversarial forces who have vowed to destroy the USA.  Not only from the inside out, but they have threatened us with nuclear strikes.  Starting tariff wars with allies and neighbors is the opposite.  Those US policies only benefit Russia’s strategic interests.  Don’t believe me?  Check back with me in February 2025.

Think about that for a moment if you voted MAGA.  Did you realize that Putin only wanted Trump’s clout?  He got it, was that consensual?  Well, sadly a lot of MAGA voters happen to be Putin fans too.  Do you prefer Russia over America now that Trump was elected?  Trump like it or not is doing everything that is beneficial for Russia.  Before you get mad at me, look it up yourself.  And contact all your Congress people to ensure they are acting like the co-equal branch of government so they can speak truth to power, and ensure they are being the safeguard America needs.

This season is about identifying insider threats.  Is the media you consume an insider threat that misguided you?  Are your elected official’s insider threats by acting like a rubber stamp to what Putin is decreeing via Trump?  Even if Trump does not intent to do that, he is repeating those Russian talking points verbatim.  Either he is naïve, or he is doing that on purpose.  Neither are good for America.  Are YOU an insider threat because you would rather look away and bury your head in the sand, just because you like your red hat parties?  You made this choice for the USA, that means that you also have the responsibility for the aftermath.  HLC
