Trump has indeed fascist tendencies, but he is not the one on top of THAT food chain. I know, mind blown. Some official accounts assert Trump is compromised.
Is Trump under duress?
Let’s quickly define duress in order to understand what is at stake in our future. Duress means that a person has lost freedom of movement, and that somebody else with nefarious intention holds power over them. For example, this could be indented servitude, it can be blackmail, having an aggressive loan shark, or any other type of obligation that ties a person’s decisions based on the benefit of a third-party who is holding power over them.
For example, if a foreign dictator were to have some dirt on Trump based on financial, sexual, medical, fraudulent, unflattering, coercive, special interests, legal, criminal, etc. circumstances. Do you see where I am going with this? Well, if the most powerful person in the USA (and arguably the world), has something to hide and it must pander to whomever is holding this power over him – then the USA would be de-facto ruled by that foreign dictator, even if Trump was to be the talking head sitting at the Oval Office.
That is a reason why applicants to the highest office of the land voluntarily disclose their tax returns, their medical records, and anything that could be considered – even if tangentially as problematic under ethics concerns. In other words, we want the person on the top of the ticket to voluntarily be the most transparent with the American people when it comes to know if they are or are not compromised. Why? Because then we know with certainty that the person on the top of the ticket is working for the USA and not for a foreign dictator, or any other special interest group.
This is not the type of information you want to take at face value from the person in question – it needs to be independently and officially verified. The first step is for that person to voluntarily release those important data points. If a person is compromised, they won’t tell you, nor will they show you prove they are not compromised – they will “say” they are good, even repeatedly and very publicly.
That’s not good enough. Doing so is a red flag, because the proof they are indeed uncompromised likely does not exist, and any investigation will inevitably lead to finding the truth – that they are indeed compromised. This situation will be very obvious for many who are paying attention to this matter and hidden in plain sight to their base and all those not paying attention.
As we are getting closer to the 2024 election, we are past the point of subtleties. This is indeed the most important election of our lifetimes. And yes, the question is – if you’re choosing to elect Trump, are you electing another adversarial regime to rule the USA by proxy? The concern is grave, and many of the people in high places worried that Trump is indeed compromised, and that he is under duress, or being subject to blackmail. And yes, some of these people worked directly with him, and they are sounding the alarm. You might be an Ultra-MAGA, but you have likely not worked directly with Trump, but those who did and disavowed him have work with him and are sounding the alarm against him. Why do you think that is?
And if you think that it is preposterous, what can a foreign government – especially the authoritarian kind could have on Trump? Well, actually a lot. And although these are assessments based on concerning indicators (including but not limited to existing litigation), I am very sure that the pertinent authorities are already paying attention. Case in point, his former security advisors, and essentially the majority of his former cabinet do not endorse Trump and are raising the alarm against him. Yes, I am emphasizing this for a very valid reason.
One glaring indicator should be, why is it that the Vice President position was open for the 2024 race? Well, we know that Trump was furious at Pence on J6, because Pence refused to decertify the election, and this also caused many of Trump’s supporters to chant “hang Mike Pence” – presumably on the gallows that were erected in front of Congress on that day. Pence refused to endorse Trump, and Vance is now the running mate – despite the fact that Vance was very critical of Trump before, and now he repeatedly refuses to answer if the election was legitimate or not.
And that begs the question. Is J. D. Vance ALSO under duress? Serious question. After all, politicians could very well have dirt here or there that would be detrimental if the general public gets to learn about it, and if that information is on opportunistic hands – then that opens the door for blackmail, coercion, and any other type of manipulation. Love or hate Trump and Vance is not the issue, the issue is to know for sure if they are under duress or not.
Generally, if a person in a high position is under duress and innocent, they will use the FBI or other agency to help them investigate those adversarial forces, but if the adversary has dirt on that person, the compromised person’s reaction could very well be to discredit any agency that will investigate – because they WILL find something that will cast them in a negative light – AND these findings will be put in writing. This is not hard to understand.
Well, there is an easy way to learn the truth about that – meaning to understanding if whether a person is not under duress and it’s not hiding anything nefarious. For example, that would be releasing tax returns (for Trump that was a fight, and what we found is that he was not nearly as rich as he claimed to be), or medical records, and be able to demonstrate in any way that they are not having some sort of relationship with another foreign power. In this case Harris (and any other previous candidate) released this information willingly.
Trump infamously resisted releasing any record, even his near-death ear shot. You would think that THAT wound would be plastered in every wall of the planet as a campaign narrative. His ear apparently healed miraculously, good on him. I just wonder why he would refuse to release such an advantageous record. Find the answer to that, and perhaps the rest of the stuff he refuses to release gets into a deeper context. I’m serious, do it, look it up.
The problem with Trump and Vance is that they repeat VERBATIM the talking points you could see in adversarial nations state-controlled media. Why do you think that is? And no, coincidence is not a good answer. The answer is because Trump has something that adversarial regimes want – a plethora of red flags that also happen to traffic in a myriad of wedge issues. Don’t take my words at face value, look it up. You’ll realize the obvious, and why there is such an increasing number of ex-Ultra-MAGAs.

The MAGA world
The MAGA movement style is more common around the world than you can imagine. If YOU are MAGA, you ain’t any more special than all the other folks who seem to gravitate towards a cult of personality. Trump is a cult of personality, no matter how you slice it. People will love him or hate him, and this creates visceral responses in people. This is concerning because by definition that is divisive. And foreign regimes LOVE when the USA is divided. It makes us a much easier target.
So, is Trump a fascist? Well, he does have all the tendencies from previous fascist we’ve seen in history before. Starting with the fact that fascism is on the extreme right of the political spectrum. Quick sanity check example, MAGA calling any other non-MAGA republican a RINO. Fortunately, Trump himself is not very good at being a fascist either. The problem is that a few on his orbit are better at it, and that’s the real concern. Trump is not really in charge, but he has clout, that’s what the true authoritarians are after. And they got these followers (Trump’s clout) obedience already – even if they have not realized it yet… by the way.
Many full-fledged fascists are a lot more disciplined and measured at least on the onset, Trump is a wild card. But his bravado is very impressive for a bunch of people. Particularly for people who have a proclivity for admiring authoritarians. And no, that is not meant as an insult. There is actually a lot of science behind that. In fact, I’ve written two books and a bunch of articles exploring that very topic because it is quite complex. A trap is designed to snare a person with ease.
It starts with bias exploitation. We all have biases. Authoritarians do not only target any “flaws” but instead they also exploit the virtues a person or a group of people might have. For example, religion, patriotism. But of course, it also exacerbates the darker elements, such as fear of outsiders, financial hardships, lack of understanding on certain subjects, wedge issues, etc. The point is that people are complex, and authoritarian propaganda is designed to “make sense” of all that by redacting the truth, and snare people in a trap that is quite cozy for them.
Trump is no stranger to controversy. And this is well documented before he ever occupied the White House. Most people who knew Trump in a business sense disliked him exponentially. Why? Because Trump cost them time and money. There is no shortage of cases where Trump stiffed real estate developers, contractors, companies, individual people, etc. A lot of his richness, according to legal records – were the product of swindles, and other creative ways to scam people. Those are the victim’s words, not mine. But begs the question, why so many people who knew him repeat the same story?
In every case, Trump was perceived as “larger than life” with his bombastic self-appreciation. This is also very enticing to a lot of people, especially when he says stuff that no sane people would repeat out loud for a number of reasons. A couple of which are maturity and professionalism.
However, this unabashed pedantic and sophomoric name calling, and limited 500-word vocabulary seems to resonate with a lot of people. It makes them feel “he is one of them” – unless you dare showing up at Mar-a-Lago for free… you do know the fee rose from 200K to one million dollars, right? So don’t expect to rub elbows with him unless you have deep pockets or influence.
But during his rallies, he shows as though he is rough-around-the-edges but entertaining enough to be heard on the very same old talking points. I’ve heard a lot of rallies from Trump, and let’s call these, other speeches. He talks a lot but says very little. However, the little bit he does manage to articulate is easy enough to remember. Mainly chants and talking points. If you’ve read my articles and books, then you’ll know that authoritarian propagandists issue easy to remember talking points that fit well on a bumper sticker, a slogan, a chant, or a short “burn” – but their shallow depth is very evident if you dig even a few inches.
This of course causes those parroting the talking points to feel attacked… and feel that the person asking a pertinent follow up question that is logical, measurable, and demonstrable – as though they were conceited or pedantic against the person who repeated a shallow talking point. That is exactly what the propagandists wanted, and they usually get their wishes to come true in great fashion. Especially because those folks parroting talking points also happen to be very cynical, and reason be dammed at that point. They know they are wrong, but now they just want to piss the other person off.
When a person knows they’re wrong but want to now piss the other person off regardless, it is actually a sign of immaturity and low self-esteem, and it is highly exploitable. Trump just so happens to fall under the same category of never admitting a mistake, no matter how small – because if he admits to ONE mistake, that opens the door for his adoring fans to realize he is not infallible, and he likely had f**ed up a lot on other aspects.
Some of which f-ups would be critical but that would also mean that the adoring MAGA fans have already fought with some “liberal” about something Trump said asserting he was correct but was in fact incorrect. But if Trump would concede or he admits it is incorrect, that also makes the MAGA follower look like a jackass, so they (Trump and his MAGA folks) prefer not to attribute any fault to Trump – no matter how glaring.
That too is propaganda in full motion. But what really makes me sad is that a lot of the MAGA folks are truly amazing and awesome people. I have a lot of friends who happen to be MAGA. And most times they are unaware of a lot of the problematic shortcoming Trump and his acolytes have. In other words, the truth is being redacted and they are only given a very narrow scope of cherry-picked talking points. Why do you think is that? Quick follow up question, why do you think there is a growing number of ex-Ultra-MAGAS?
The answer to both question is because they realized that the narratives they are afforded in their own echo chambers is missing a lot of contexts. And “gasp” those damned “liberals” and “RINOs” actually know a lot more about Trump’s motives than the MAGA folks. Make no mistake, Trump does not care about MAGA, but he does care about their wallets, there is a whole industry of merchandise, knick-knacks, and all kind of stuff no other person in the planet other than MAGA would spend a dime on.
In other words, Trump is “rich” because his adoring followers give him tons of money, and he gets even richer because oligarchs and people with special interest groups buy access to his actions and his ear. And why do they want that? Because the MAGA folks prop Trump as a person who would get influence that according to many investigators – it seems that it is very much for sale. Yes, the investigations are saying that Trump is for sale, or perhaps has already been sold.
That is why the top of this article asks if he is under duress. If Trump was already sold, and subject to blackmail, the skeletons on the closet are a very powerful reason to motivate him to getting into the White House. And yes, that means that if Trump himself is compromised, so will be many of his acolytes, hence they will be very keen in having him occupy the White House and get any “immunity” or disband safeguards from those whose duties are to investigate.
As Trump has been gone, investigations are finding out that Trump’s acolytes made important investigations – to include at least one Supreme Court Justice investigation disappear. Trump himself has 90+ federal criminal charges, and was convicted in New York with 34 crimes, as well as been civilly liable for rape and fraud. What would keep Trump out of prison, or at least accountability is getting to the White House. You can bet your caboose that he would make all those disappear overnight, and likely enact revenge against any person who was assigned to pursue this case. He has publicly said so (dictator on day one, or references to a purge).

The fact is that nobody, not even the President of the United States is above the law. And like or dislike Trump, he has a lot of problematic legal issues, notwithstanding a F-ton of other highly problematic red flags that make any analyst junior or senior cringe. And yes, they have spoken overtly about it, and there are even books written to express in exuberant details these problematic issues. But of course, his followers – the MAGA folks are the ones who should be reading these but are the ones who will likely dismiss them without even reading the title.
Instead, the MAGA folks are trained to ascertain anything non-MAGA as “evil” – because they also happen to be largely “god-fearing…” surprise! So, for them it has become this battle between “good against evil” – where they, unsurprisingly, are portraying themselves as the good and righteous bunch. Yet, the same group is largely indoctrinated to fear and dislike other Americans. Especially those whom they seem to be outside MAGA, and somehow there is even animosity between MAGA folks.
Yet MAGA has been dwindling rapidly. Many are running to the exits because they are getting turned off by Trump, and others because they are realizing that those perceived “liberals” or “RINOS” were actually telling them the truth about Trump. There is a reason why so many Republicans and Independents are voting blue down ballot for 2024 regardless of political affiliation.
In a future article I’ll be writing a “what if” was Kamala Harris the one with the same rap sheet as Trump. Sadly, any non-MAGA is being graded on a curve nowadays, but like it or not, there are adversarial forces who are backing up politicians and other personalities who are detrimental to America and the world by extension.
How do you know who is who? If they are hiding, avoiding interviews, freaking out with tough questions, skipping debates, etc. There is a high chance they have something to hide, and hope that people will be naïve enough to think they have everything figured out. Remember, an authoritarian only needs their followers to get them into power, once they galvanize power even the most loyal subject immediately becomes disposable. HLC
